Recent Achievements

  • Creation of a comprehensive bespoke Invitation To Tender (ITT) process for complex specialist Defence programme, project achieved 12% saving against initial budget costs (in excess of £2bn).
  • Implementation of strategic category management to drive supply chain improvements and efficiencies.
  • Creation of full waste management contract incorporating all general and specialist waste streams with an annual saving of 8% of current spend (approx. £30k)
  • Management of comprehensive ITT for specialist tooling, working with suppliers across Europe to obtain optimum solution. Project saving of £5m (approx.) from a value of £30m
  • Production of a bespoke suite of Supplier Relationship Management processes and documents including Terms of Purchase, audit programme and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Organisation of a Supplier Engagement Event to negotiation a 5-year New Product Introduction Aerospace contract, dual contract award resulted in £20m saving.
  • Transfer of fabricated product supply to Low Cost Country Source (Eastern Europe) with a nett saving of £150K from £500k Programme value.
  • MRO and other Indirect spend consolidation and efficiencies achieving over $2.5M savings
  • Introduction of formal supply chain and materials management processes producing a 95% reduction in stock outs.
